The Community Radio was inaugurated in the year 2009 at Ntepe Business Centre and was initiated by Misa Zimbabwe. It started producing some newsletters and CD production in 2010.
As time progressed and with the good work on community story reporting, Ntepe Manama became one of the first three community radio station to receive a broadcasting license on the 18 of Dec 2020.
With the change of technology the broadcasting strategies stated to change in time. Currently the station is into digital media whereby it broadcast on social media platforms which include Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and as well uses Bulk SMS, Kombi casting Pod casting and engage in community meetings and all these programs are community driven. The community radio does its programs on local languages that include Sotho and Ndebele. The information shared in these platforms are mainly local stories at 85% and 10% of national and 5% of international.
